Shipping and Lead time
Delivery is usually calculated by the distance of travel from our manufacturing facility in Huntingdon to your delivery address. Due to the increased cost of transportation, if a delivery is attempted after we have given a delivery date by email and that date has not been re- arranged, Luxe Interior Doors reservers the right to charge the delivery costs again for a re-delivery. Someone needs to be on site to accept delivery, deliveries will be made to ground level and assistance to help unload the lorry would be necessary on most orders.
Please note that when you receive your goods you must check for damage before you sign for them. Once signed as received in good condition, claims for damaged goods are not covered (signing for items that were not checked will not cover you). If there is damage upon delivery we will action the replacement of parts within a reasonable time scale usually within 24- 48 hours. You must report any issues or faults within 3 days of the delivery date. Please notify us at sales@luxeinteriordoors.com.
Please do not schedule in your builder or any other trades until your materials are on site as some deliveries may be delayed and we are unable to compensate you, your builder or any other trades.
Lead time
The lead time for the delivery will be issued for every order according to our production schedule, which is usually no more than 8 weeks, we will be in contact via email or telephone if there is any delay to your order. We cannot be held accountable for any delays occurred by the courier, but we will try our very best to keep you updated with any information provided by the courier in this rare circumstance.
